Credins Bank Shareholders are representatives of some of the most successful
businesses created and developed during the years of the development of the
market economy in Albania, and together they joined their capital
into another prestigious business as the banking is.

On 12 January a very important development on Credins Bank structure has happened which is the announcement of the participation of two new shareholders which will control 25.34 % of its shares.

The new two shareholders are Balkan Financial Sector Equity Holding B.V. (BFSE Holding B.V), Holland, which will be represented by Development Financial Equity Partners (DFE) and the other shareholder is State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), which will be represented by Swiss Investment Fund for Emerging Markets ( SIFEM AG).

The participation of the two new shareholders in Credins Bank is approved from Competition Authority, by Decion No. 70, Date 11.01.2008 and from Supervisory Council of Bank of Albania, by Decision No. 12, Date 12.02.2008.
